WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

  • Within 14 days of receipt of your shipment
  • In original condition
  • Unwashed and Unworn
  • An item is only eligible for return within 14 calendar days of purchase.
  • Items must not be worn, used or tampered with and must be placed into their original packing.
  • If items are in less than perfect condition the items will be sent back at the customers expense or Hot Styles Boutique, at its sole discretion, may charge a restocking fee.
  • Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with an online credit.

WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE?

  • Customized items
  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Clearance items
  • Holiday/Seasonal items

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURNS?

  • There are no charges for returns as long as RMA# is obtained correctly and items are shipped back in original packaging
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges
  • Items that are returned not following the instructions listed above will be charged a 20% restocking fee

HOW DO I RETURN?

  • Click here.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS?

  • Damaged items MUST be reported within 5 days of receiving the goods.
  • Holiday items are non returnable and non refundable unless damaged which must be reported within 5 days.

WE DO NOT DO EXCHANGES.

If you'd like to order a different size, color or product, please return unwanted item and then place a new order online

STOLEN ITEMS

All packages are 100% insured until the courier tracking shows that it has been delivered. If your order gets stolen, Hot Styles Boutique is not responsible.

ORIGINAL PAYMENT

Hot Styles Boutique will refund the cost of the returned merchandise as soon as we receive the delivery, and send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.

NOTE:

We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries for returns, exchanges or any delivery of any sort. Also, we don't refund original shipping and handling charges.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.

  • YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE UNDELIVERABLE FEE THAT THE COURIER CHARGES US
  • If you choose not to have your order re-delivered we can refund you the cost of the items but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the courier will be deducted from your refund.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We all want our orders to arrive as quickly as possible, for this reason, we are unable to change or edit an order after it has been submitted.  If you need to cancel an order, please call us at 1-270-524-1212  or email us at [email protected] within 2 hours after making your purchase. However, once your order has been processed (even if your order is still inside the said 2 hour time frame), we will be unable to cancel you order.  We are open Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM-3:00 pm CST.  We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS PLACED?

Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Note, if you use Amazon Pay to checkout, the confirmation email will be sent to the email associated with your Amazon account, and not the email associated with our site.
